Your perfect summer style is here with this new dress! For this new style, we wanted to make something that felt lightweight and easy for the warmer seasons. The Ilana dress is a wrap style dress that has an adjustable tie that cinches the dress together on the side. It has a V-neck with a snap at the bottom to keep it in place. There’s ruffled fabric on the sleeves and the hem of the dress, and the hem is asymmetrical. This silhouette is flowy and fun and will have you twirling around wherever you go. 

To debut our Ilana dress, it’s part of our Stitch Shoppe Lilo and Stitch collection! On this dress, you’ll find a tropical pattern with Stitch and Scrump all over. Hit the beach and make some waves with the cutest summer fashion. 

“The team came up with this summer concept for a full Stitch collection inspired by a sunset on the beach. For this dress, we wanted to create a Hawaiian print that embodied everything Stitch is about, his love for Scrump, pineapples, summer, and fun times.  

“When I work on Stitch, I love bringing out his sweet and playful side, so I focused on that when creating poses for this print by showing him cuddling Scrump and his pineapple and being funny by popping out of the pineapple and rambunctiously eating it.  

“For the art style, I was inspired by vintage Hawaiian florals with hand drawn hibiscus flowers and palm leaves and a color palette that matches Stitch’s classic blue with soft pinks and purples and ties back to the rest of the collection. 

“Our amazing Product Development team created the Ilana silhouette, which is our first wrap dress from Stitch Shoppe! It’s the perfect summer dress with ruffle sleeves and hem details and it’s very flattering for all body types.  

“As always, this dress was a collective effort from our team, and I’m very happy with the result and the input I had in it. I’m looking forward to enjoying this entire collection soon and hope you guys enjoy it too!”
