We’ve transformed! You’ll notice that things look a little bit different around here. We’ve migrated over to a new website. We’re so excited to finally share it with you and give you the new shopping experience you’ve been waiting for! 

Although the idea of a new site may seem tricky at first, we promise it’s worth it and it’s all been done with the goal of improving your online experience with us!

How Does My Loungefly Shopping Experience Change?

Single Shopping Cart Between Loungefly and Funko

Shop at Funko and Loungefly at the same time with one cart! You can add everything you want between the two into a single cart and check out once.

Order History 

You haven't lost any of your order history. Your order history has migrated over to the new site with you. You can expect to see the most recent orders (from the last year) first and more will populate later over time. If you had separate accounts for Loungefly and Funko, the two are now combined into one account. Your order history will include your orders from both Loungefly and Funko.  

Two Factor Authentication

In order to cut down issues with bots, we’ll be asking everyone to use Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for their accounts to ensure that our products are going to real humans, like you! :) In addition, certain Loungefly Exclusives will ask you to sign in to buy to prevent bots from swiping them up.  

Improved Delivery Times

We’ve moved to a new facility to handle orders, so expect your estimated delivery times to improve. 

Lower Free Shipping Threshold

Getting free shipping is easier than ever. Now get free shipping when you spend at least $65, instead of $100. 

Updated Flat Rate Shipping Cost

For customers living in the contiguous United States, shipping has changed to $6.95. For those living in Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories shipping has dropped from $21.95 to $14.95.

New Return Policy 

The window for returns has changed from 7 days to 30 days after delivery, and we’re implementing self-service returns! Any returns placed before our new site is live will still need to be processed through customer service.

How Do I Get Ready for the New Site?

Your Account

If you’ve shopped with us before and have an account, you’ll be prompted to reset your password via a link sent to your email after you try to log in for the first time on the new site. Once you reset your password, you’ll be asked to verify your US mobile phone number. Once everything is verified, it’s time to shop! 

Email and SMS Communications

If you want to keep in touch and hear about all the latest happenings over here at Loungefly, including new launches and exclusive drops, you’ll have to opt-in to our marketing messages, even if you were previously subscribed. You can opt-in again after your account verification is complete. 

Start Dreaming Up Your Wish List

On our new site, you’ll be able to create a wish list to keep track of everything your heart desires! When you see something you love, click the heart in the top right corner to save it in your wish list!
